(As opposed to anyone being able to go get any dog and have it "online certified" in less than 5 minutes without any formal training whatsoever).If they're going to legally require landlords to accept "therapy animals", they at least need to require formal training of said animal.Any and all input will be greatly appreciated and I hope we can come up with a plan to help improve this issue.

Obviously the buyer likely wants to re-trade on price.An investor buyer is likely buying many properties at a time and when approval happens they may no longer want to buy the property at submitted terms.
