Cool or emotional?

A request for anaccommodation for an emotional support animal must be made and granted bymanagement before any animal may be brought onto the premises.

This is what I call a "hot lead".Personally, I had been having what I’d like to call a “growth year” and this particular day was a very emotional days for me personally.

The new investor already has many challenges you don't need to add unnecessary risk if your not ready financially and emotionally to take those issues on.

Allow pets, increase the rent and security deposit and you should do fine.If you say no pets, someone will just move in and then claim their pet is an Emotional Support Animal and you can't do anything about it then. 

This is not a situation where the trailer could be considered necessary for medical or emotional well-being purposes (or at least I don't think that argument would ever hold up in court, however I am not a lawyer).
