Ive been telling him if you are going to work for someone else, make sure your learning something, a skill, team leadership, how to communicate with different people,.. if your going to work for someone else for money..because if not, you go on vacation when THEY say you can go..there are better ways to earn money without dedicating your 40 hours per week to one company..
