Hi Andres, I am a realtor in So MO and have started the brutal journey of cold calling.

If you go with a large brokerage like Fidelity or Vanguard they may call it "self directed" but the reality is they can only offer you what they offer anybody, stocks, bonds and mutual funds. 

I found a group called "success classes" by Anthony Chara, mainly becuase they were in my town and I could meet personally with them and network.I spent a total of $20k for the classes, got a coach for life, and got a pretty decent size group of investors to email proposed deals to.it has worked out quite well.

82%There're two funds, one is core/fixed debt ; another one is value-add/floating.The last one issue capital call for 70% of portfolio on the run.

Call me old fashioned, but I think that slow and steady still wins the race.

Can this escrow account be a bank account that I open and then I call the title company and tell them I will be funding the account for a potential downpayment, or do I have to have the title company open the account?
