Looking at the tax bill shows a breakdown of where everything is paid to including Dunedin, Schools, Health, etc. 

Thing is, I'm currently in school using the GI Bill to cover my cost of living.

And the tenants utilize the schools and other services that the taxes pay for.

So I've got some med school tenants that will rent from me in May.

The kids can enroll in the local schools upon owning this house.  

I plan to go to school in a couple years after I get slightly more financially secure and my girlfriend can find a job after she graduates.

I'm working on a rehab in a great school district.I am considering converting an existing bonus living room to a bedroom to try to increase the ARV by 5-10k and increase interest in the listing.

I am an Active Duty military member stationed in Northern Colorado while the Navy pays for me to go to school.  

They have been roommates in college as well and seem to get along fine.Application:Credit scores are around 700s, no late payments.They have jobs lined up in May.Have assured me that they will take exceptional care on the unit.I have letter of recommendations from school and previous employers.

I would ONLY get a condo if it was a 8-10 school district.
