My bread and butter business is student rentals around ASU, and I'm kind of struggling to see a use case where a student would stay at an extended stay hotel.

After the last season of pipeline I came back to CA and started my own welding business but there is sooooo much red tape and cost of living is so high I'm not sure if I want to stay here and struggle getting my own business going or go back to pipeline and get out of CA.

Soooooooo silly question, but I thought I'd ask.The general concept of LLCs I understand, but what I'm struggling with is at which point would you want to classify your LLC as a Corp? 

Some people struggle with delegating and following a system to eliminate all those issues that are hands on.

Just following my own rules and discipline is a struggle for me atm.
