I know the law states that I have to store it for 15 days (and I'd use the garage for this), but that means I'd put everything in the garage and then throw it away in two weeks anyway.

It's also helpful to make sure the power is on since an eviction in Georgia even in the fall without power is NOT a pleasant experience.Typically once the tenants possessions hits the curb the eviction is complete (at least in my county); there is no need to store these for any length of time in Georgia.Gail
