One fine was that they didn’t like that (the previous owner) small garages were converted to storage with new metal fencing about 6 feet away to secure the property.

Other commercial props like apts or storage almost can look more like lottery ticket returns.

Also don’t trust anything in self storage.  

I use Quickbooks for my bookkeeping and google drive for document storage and SOPs. 

We've done a bunch of this to try to fill up our mini-storage.
