Long story short, the mother died and left the house to her drug addict son and he lived there for two years with no utilities and no garbage permit. 

So I moved to Palo Alto CA.. were the Real estate in the mid 80s was very expensive 300 to 5 million. and average sale price in the 600k range.. but competitive .. did Ok there but I really met some great folks and started to get into bigger development deals.
