Not sure if you need to think about budget or not, but downtown will be very very expensive.I don't think there are enough lots that trade that there would be any time of accurate or even ballpark pricing.I don't know anything about it, but there does seem to be some good demand in self storage parking and also in truck parking.

On top of that I will be listing out every damage that was more than wear and tear, but only planning to charge for the ceiling and cat damage.I don't think I should have an issue with this holding up in small claims.

Being ready for this line of questioning can save you from an awkward conversation.I've been on many hundreds of showings to compile this, so don't let these wild answers discourage you or make you think all tenants are up to something.  95% of the conversations I've had are extremely pleasant and forthcoming, and I'm positive your experience will be the same.

Tenant said the flapper valve on the toilet sometimes stuck-she paid the bill and arranged things with the water company...but in this day and age I'd like to think the water companies would alert users if there is a massive and continuous spike in water consumption.
