$300 will probably be a guru seminar rather than a Real Estate Investor meet-up.

After researching half a dozen or so, the one that seems the best fit so far is the Rentec Direct software due to its cost and features, but the lack of an Android app is off-putting.

I told most folks here on BP ,and in many seminars, that if I sit at computer long enough I can dig a lot of great information up to prove what a great city Charlotte is.
