Plus, if you select a fixed rate mortgage you can lock in your rate for up to 30 years to maximize your cashflow or lock it in for a shorter term and pay it off much more quickly.I know these answers aren't super specific, however, there are so many variables that my recommendation is that you find a great banker that you trust who can ask the right questions to help you solve your particular problems!
