i want some opinions on it.this is it:10 - 20 offers a month on houses site unseen except for pics online.some foreclosures (on market over 3 months)all 20 - 30% below asking + a 5k padall in zips that show pleasing compsall sub2 inspection, buyers inspection and partner approvalall submitted with $200 earnestall in a different state (i used to live there) - best friend lives there - will check out any that accept (buyers inspection)through our realtor who we're going to work to the bone.

**My friends niece is realtor=full comps**Digital Pics - Full interior / exterior PicsU get the idea...The more you do for the investor the more u can get $$.It things they will have to do eventually anyway.Some investors are stingy and greedy and don’t want to pay so gather your list (of investors) ahead of time and isolate into groups or categories…It’s important to send your properties to the right people first.One last idea I got from Washington Real Estate Mogul (Joe Kaiser) was called "Pre-Habbing".

I've tried every way in the world to fix it: print to PDF, digital sign / save /send, snapshot JPG to Word (which is unreadable).The only thing I know to do now is to print it, sign it, scan it, email it.Any other solutions that I could try?

Funny one asked me when I was interviewing to hire some in Chicago:"what do you expect from me to have a great relationship"I told him:- keep the property rented and rents flowing into my account- ideally never call me to any problem (lol, not realistic but you understand)- send me pics of the property every year, on the Yearly inspection which you should have in every lease, 30 days before renewal.- don't scam me on service callsThe last one is quite annoying, as I have seen the rise of contractor scam and a lot of PMs who realize there's more money in repairs than the 8% they get per month.

I take pictures / video at both, and simply say: "I'll compare the pics / video to the ones I have from our move in walk through and give you an itemized list of any new damage within 5 days."
