Do  any of you know of any reputable "turn key"companies out of the Ohio area (Cleveland) ? 

Your reputation matters...a lot!

The agent makes their money from customers like you thru referrals and building a good reputation it is highly unlikely they would steal your deal but would most likely ask your permission to pursue a property that you were not able to acquire 

Ideally we are looking for a local supplier where we can pick up the RTA (or assembled) ourselves incase we find out they are damaged.

I want to retain real estate Attorney that is reputable and experienced in seller finance deals.  

Reputation of contractor should be considered.

I'm looking for a GC in the Austin Tx area. I moved here 2 months ago and I'm putting together a team to flip at least 3 properties in the next 12 months.
Any suggestions on what to look for in a GC are also welcom...

I believe you do have a good reputation and you guys are extremely responsive.

Most of the long time reputable sponsors in this space sell out their deals quickly through the long established broker dealer and RIA community without the need to be on a site.
