I'm going to have to crunch a lot of numbers for the loan, property tax, maintenance (which should hopefully be low on new builds), and I have to figure out how to obtain an insurance policy for the units.

The only reason I'm thinking about doing this is because I would get a ton of loan pay down very quickly because of his low interest rate and 0% secondary note to pay his Equity off.

So example you get a loan for $150,000 over 3 stages.You do $50,000 of work the they release the $50,000.Sorry to hear what happened to you.

So if I setup an LLC, setup a self directed 401k, transfer money from traditional IRA into the 401k, use that to take out a 401k loan of $50k, how does that work with crossing streams and tax conflicts?
