You may find it beneficial to attend the Wayne County REIA meeting that meets in Southgate the first Tuesday of every month at the Red Lobster restaurant at 6:00PM.  

But you'll have the appraisal fee.Hard for you to check and ensure compliance without sending up red flags really.

Also when assigning the contract the $500 offer deposit does that get credited back to me at closing or is it taken out of my wholesale fee?
