In 3 years, you get all your cash back and own a cash flow property.Most investors would jump for joy for a deal like this.Just trying to help with the analysis………..But I am skeptical one can buy with FHA financing at an 8% cap and get a 34% cash on cash return……And if you could, why wouldn’t you?
