So the supply and demand stayed fairly even preventing the rents from falling.My most recent purchase prior to the GR depreciated almost 20% from the purchase price but today is looking like a great investment.

I understand needing a permit/inspection to protect the water supply or prevent a fire, but I have never understood why a replacement window or door or a new tub surround even with a new valve would need to be inspected....if they leak it only affects the homeowner who will then get it remedied.

We were thinking 1200 no utilities with a laundry included in basement and we pay for a 1 year street parking permit ( i dont want to clog up the driving since im living in this multi ).
