Wix has a great platform if you want to design it yourself.  

Hi BP,I've posted on here a few times and have gotten excellent advice from tons of wise people and have returned for just that again.I'm a new REI and over the past several weeks have been meeting people in person and getting their advice, but I come to the BP platform for more information.I've gone through the pre-approval process and have been saving money to purchase my first (of many) multi-families.

But I want to assure you that we give everyone equal access to deals on the platform.

Once you are logged in, tap Menu on top and it will show a box for Search platform

RentecDirect.comwas a cheap ($15/mo) and bare bones platform where I could track expenses, log rents, screen tenants, post vacancies and upload all my documents.  

Hmmm....the first things that come to mind are:1) Networking with other local investors (perhaps at local REIA meetings)2) Driving 4 Dollars (locate distressed/vacant properties and send a note/letter to the owner)3) BP Search Platform option (There are several search results with ideas)4) Bandit Signs (Be aware of local sign ordinances though) 5) Lead Generation Web/Splash/Squeeze Pages6) Free Classifieds (Craigslist, ect)7) Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Fivver, ect)8) FSBO and/or Expired listings9) Local Probate listings ***Be very careful/understanding of the nature of any contact with owners as they've experienced a loss***

I find this platform to be absolute gold for people like me, and am ecstatic to begin connecting with all the veteran investors out there with their wealth of knowledge.

Attend local REIA meetings, utilize BP’s search platform to find people near you, befriend an “investor friendly” real estate agent…many times they can pull local sale comparables to locate active buyers.

Honestly, the extremely low cost of being a pro member should be a no brainer if you are interested in the leads this platform generates.
