I called the number in the Newsweek ad, and I received the FedEx package today.

Some of the tine there is a recommended package or service level.I know Fidelity has a company that also provides data on the market.

After about 45 mins of dramatics we found out that the final pieces of paperwork could be added to the package the next day when the closing company in my local county would review the paperwork for final approval.

I will not buy the $6000 package, since there is No promises/guarantees for ROI.

To date I scanned leases, refi escrow packages, tax returns, receipts etc. 

Maybe it will be as simple as someone creating a service that packages up everything a person needs to do for fsbo along with technology to show homes over a distance, teams with zillow and does a good job of marketing the product?

So... nothing disastrous happened.Although, I just noticed a further post on that thread that says "@Dion DePaoli has said perhaps the biggest risk is the lender selling packages of loans and this is caught in the due diligence of the sale."
