My background is generally computer skills, leadership, organization, optimization, and most recently, pretty much anything carpentry related. 

I just got my first tenants this week and now I'm trying to get my financial organization in place.

They are running a business that needs to turn a profit...they are not a homeowner favor granting organization.

Hi @Ryan Diogo, the RIREIG meetup is the only organized one in RI that I'm aware of. 

Perhaps after, since sales is enjoyable.I love the Army and it's an excellent organization.

But halfway through, I'm not sure if it was a lack of organization or lack of funds on their part but they became difficult to work with.

An organized seller would have those in the Offer Memo, but yes i would get those ASAP so you know how to informally underwrite.
