I am currently working in the oil field as an equipment operator.  

If I have a large window then I count it as 2 windows.Bathroom sink and faucet: $150.Carpet: $1.80/SqFt.Replace a broken window: $150/pane.Remove an oil stain from a concrete surface: $75/stain.Repaint interior of property: $1/SqFt of living space (assuming the walls are not a dark color which might require two coats of paint).How did I obtain these costs?

I do use the garage quite often , it is a shop , air compressors , auto lift , oil furnace , AC in my computer room ...

I believe this house at some point had an oil tank which was replaced by the gas furnice.  

Austin is very pricey right now and Houston is a on hold pending oil direction although B/C apartments seem to be performing fine.  

Need referrals for great oil tank inspection/removal company in north jersey!

Will it be like oil, where they are pumping to driving prices down until it runs people out of business?
