The underlying structure and plumbing seem good, but pretty much everything else needs replacement (flooring, tub-surrounds/tile, vanities, and toilets).

I was replacing carpet and ran into major issues with the subfloor not being level/flat, so that's also something to consider if your situation is similar.

I usually hear about people replacing the carpet during a tenant turnover, but from what I have seen, the carpet really just needs to be cleaned and it should be as good as new.

It's worth it if I missed out on replacing certain big-ticket items that a buyer might be worried about (ex.

i will hire out stuff like garage door springs, water line replacement, new roofs to name a few things.

I dont want too replace the garage but would like to fix the floor.
