Water view Modern house.Its a solid deal I spent lots of cash already: 110k for the lot, spent 60k on Plans, Engineering, Utilities: Sewer, Water meter, Electric Transformer. 

@Jordan Norr I am wondering the same thing because they came up in a search for mobile home park hard money lenders but their website says they lend on any kind of property.

It is a small 1bd/1ba mobile home on .11 ac of land.

I am seeing a lot of mobile homes and single family homes that make sense to invest in.

What are your thoughts on mobile/manufactured homes? 

Has anyone tried the Credit Uturn mobile app that automatically sends dispute letters to the Credit beuros on your behalf in an attempt to remove the negative accounts on your credit report?

I was going to purchase another one that had a mobile home in backyard as well, only reason I didn't is Agent mentioned if no license provided then I couldn't rent it out and would have to pay to remove it. 

First, we need some clarity: this is what we would call a "mobile home/trailer home" correct? 

Indy and Kansas City are both affordable markets, they cash flow well and have growing populations and jobs with diverse, modern economies.
