Would it be a good idea to buy one mobile home for now, or keep saving and buy 5 of them all at once.

However, I grew up in the Mobile Home business (family members did sales lots, service, manufacturing) Again I know relatively nothing about parks as investments.This deal was connected to me via word of mouth. 

He has also worked with mobile homes in the past, before the housing bubble burst.  

Unless you are planning to do multiple deals with one partner, using a PP Trust is less expensive and simpler than creating a LLC. 

I've been in SFH's for 15 years and am wanting to add mobile homes to my portfolio. 

What I mean is, I go to the tiebreakers listed on my 'general qualifications sheet' and briefly peruse all the apps I received at the same time, looking for move-in timeframe, (they may not want to move for 2 months), term they want, #of people (are they pressing occupancy limits), if they smoke, if they have pets, does their income pencil out, special requests (did they ask to paint or do things to the place?).
