People do THAT all the time What they don't do is go on a public social media platform with their real name and area they live in and admit they are thinking about commiting mortgage fraud.  :-)  If you want to "stay comfortable" don't even get the FHA loan in the first place.

They could be legit and maybe its a word of mouth type of business and I could be worrying about nothing.I'm just curious to see what BP thinks, I just want to look out for family and make sure he is making the right decision. 

The platform allows you to send notifications to confirm, send notes, etc. 

@Steve Morris, i understand.. do you think it would be helpful if such a website provided pricing tips and analytics to sellers and buyers on the area based off of the stock that is sold through the platform ?

I'm not quite sure how the booking platforms would handle your strategy either as it's going to mess with the algorithms and search filtering I think and possibly cause you to fall lower in results. 

Haven't had much luck with Yelp or other common platforms. 

What website or platform do you find the most useful for finding individuals to purchase a property you found wholesale? 

None of the rental platforms have any rental prices for that area.
