I’ve only been investing on the side for a little over 2 years, my day job is actually writing and reviewing government contracts.

Life got busy with some health issues in the family, adding another 4 doors, and my day job getting crazy busy too.

With a full time job, and just entering into real estate and beginning to build my team, my bandwidth and capacity is maximized. 

I've done most of the work on all the properties myself, but am now trying to move away from that since my job has become much more demanding and my time much more limited.I'm looking forward to contributing to the forums where I can, although I'll be the first to admit that the way I've done things in the past probably haven't been the most efficient way to go about investing.

The guests do a great job at telling their story and have inspired me to start keeping track of my real estate journey so that one day I can pass it on to new investors.  

I want to get enough doors to hit my financial number to quit my job and have more time to focus on family and investing. 

However, even though I have $50k to invest right now, I would prefer to go the traditional lending route for the first few which would require another FT job. 

If they really want the property and are willing to go conventional but their lender isn't getting the job done, please encourage them to shop lenders!

Other than that, my lender told me no big purchases, stay at my job (I have a W2) for 2 years.
