I have a good amount of experience with this process.You will receive plenty of leads but it's just an entry point in a large funnel.

I do believe now is an excellent time for the wise investor to find some great deals, and there are plenty of people on this platform that can help guide you in the right directions (myself included) as long as they're asking you the right questions.

Hey Nathan,There are plenty of brokers with minimal monthly fees but not all of them would fit your needs.

There are plenty of people who don't get a degree are smart and work hard and still don't succeed (financially).  

Like any business, you need to have plenty of "powder in the keg" (available cash) to carry you through short term challenges. 

Plenty of other investors on here will take smaller cashflow with higher ROI but that would be very hard to come by in my market.

There is plenty of money to be had by simply doing things the right way, above board.
