You made a great decision to join.

Our goal is to own a few free and clear...the cash flow will be amazing -  Aloha,JeffJeff, do you really want to lose 2016 dollars just to get it back in 2044 dollars as what you are incorrectly calling increased cash flow? 

We have made some poor financial decisions and we are scratching and clawing our way out of debt now while raising two girls under 24 months.

Maybe I shouldn't be making these decisions being 2 weeks from birthing our first child :)

I have made single purchasing decisions in the 250k, 500k, and million dollar range.

I'm willing to take calculated risks, but don't feel that its a smart decision to take on a project without performing a thorough analysis on the utilities. 

Have those cash reserves ready so when we hit another bump you can clean up on those people that made poor decisions.

Don't make an emotional decision.

I spoke to her and she seemed pretty honest as to why it was the way it was from, being young and making some dumb decisions, going on tour for the Army and letting bills lapse when she is gone like cable bill and stuff like that.
