Homepath was the name of the program.How much of a pain in the neck was it get the financing through this Homepath program?

As Jon mentioned, it can be a pain when you start out.

My only experience with rehab and hard money was 4 years ago and lets' just say it was a painful learning experience; bad choice of home, bad tenant, etc.

I work for a large health insurance carrier and let me tell you, it does not take that many bills to eat through $100,000 of coverage.

There will be a lot more pain down the road.The dollar will lose it's reserve currency status.The standard of living for the average american will decline long term.There will be significant social upheavel when the "gravy train" dries up.

(His health is getting bad).

That still sucks if you're one of the thousands, but overall it's not a major threat to the financial health of the industry.Just my opinion, of course...I could certainly be wrong...

When you concentrate on only those things that you cannot delegate - health & exercise, relationship with family, personal development, etc - then you are as wealthy as you can be.
