Once your Loan Package is Accepted & Approved by Texas Veterans Land Board, the Closing of the Loan & Servicing of the Loan is handled by the originating Lender.

If you can find an agent who will work with you, perhaps reduce commission on selling the home if you buy it through them, or if you don't plan on doing many per year, it's likely not worth it to get your license and pay all the costs involved.  

Lenders typically use a handful of local attorneys/lawfirms for the bulks of the foreclosure work and many times the Trustee named in the original deed of trust does not handle that type of work.

I've employed a property management company to handle four of my units (most of the others are small commercial) and and am pretty underwhelmed by them after only a few months. 

I almost hired a lawyer but Holton-Wise said they would handle it for me. 

They live in the north in the spring/summer/fall because they can't handle the weather in the south year round!
