This will do a couple of things.1)  it will get them to ask questions in a non threatening setting.2) it may whet their appetite to either do something themselves or may inspire them to refer someone in their sphere of influence to you.Hope this helps!!

It's an interesting decision because it's very little cost on one side versus very little risk on the other, as long as you re-review the contract and make sure you did nothing to breach it.I suppose the deciding factor for me would be the wave of landlord hate that's sweeping the pop culture right now, which may inspire some former tenant shenanigans.

A feedback system is quite likely to inspire some creditability to those receiving positive points but those with no points would be impacted because they hadn't yet been involved with others here.I still like a system that allows for an easy way to give referrals to those that you have done business with here.
