I think this is perfect if you already have a team in the area that can help you do this. 

We have been self managing, with OK results, as I am located out of state and my team is small family run.   

We are willing to push our plan in rental property in Ontario.It would be a great opportunity with the from the group refer a real estate agent, mortgage agent, a lawyer and accountant for start a team and to push on my first venture in real estate.As per my research Toronto is the most populated area in Ontario with 2.7 million followed by Ottawa, Mississauga, Brampton.

You will lose money on this (hopefully you have the minimal resources for it not to bankrupt you) and for the rest of your life you'll tell anyone who listens that real estate is just a bad, bad, bad investment strategy.You jumped into a very tight, very difficult, very high-risk niche specialty without studying it carefully, without having worked with a more experienced investor, without a network and a team in place, without giving yourself a real chance to go through the learning curve.

Because there are MANY disabled Americans (obviously not just veterans) who have owner-trained service dogs and these "teams" are accepted under the ADA as legitimate service dog teams. 

I prefer to train my team instead of hiring established cleaners.

And this would be a good reason to concentrate on a particular market so you can build a team and there is enough velocity that your a valued client.. 

He can teach you how to set up a team of professionals to help you invest from a distance.You'll obviously need someone to manage it so start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.
