If they say they are not going to bother coming, is that a bad thing?

That’s a significant amount but not as bad in San Fran as the rest of the country.

That’s not to say that I’ll take any deal good or bad, so will definitely be thinking on it some more before moving forward.

Getting 100% funding can be a bad choice in certain instances.

I think your trying to make a bad deal sound better.
