Just be aware that it's super easy for PM companies to get fake Google reviews and I've seen PM companies write their own reviews (weird how all their reviews were by reviewers who have only ever written one review total on their Google account).

Right now I'd rather plant a ton of seeds (buy houses an build equity) so that later down the road I can harvest them if I need to (sell them or dip into their equity).
