People are becoming millionaires investing in Minneapolis.I totally agree with this view, in fact as Investor I would rather avoid investing in best market but invest where there're not too many competition, that's the kind of success recipet I've ever seen.

I'd rather just take my lumps and pay the tax as I don't think tax rates are going down anytime soon so my capital gains tax on my profits are about as good as I'm ever going to be expected to pay. 

It's been growing quickly and has a lower average sale price to keep the barrier to entry low.

Have you ever used a HELOC .

Gone in less than 5 minutes . cant honestly say I ever did go to the dump and watch it.. but I was paying guys by the hour.. so I monitored it that way.. great tool 

However, they may have overcome this rule since they're growing significantly.
