Seems like it would be a big time investment to customize it to Real Estate but may be worth the effort if Wave doesn't work out.

That's a different customer than most of us US REI folks who look for value and cash flow.

A goodwill letter on the student loans is worth writting, your basically writting to the lender saying you made a mistake in the past, but have been current for 4 years, and now those late payments from 4 years ago are hurting your credit and your ability to buy a house, and ask that they remove those late payments from your credit report as a good customer.

Wayne,The problem is most O&E report only searches the current owner.I spoke to one of those $50 per report customer service rep and they thought I was looking at a foreclosure auction when the owner is still the original owner.
