So my guy dug down there to install a rebar and add new cement.The problem is that there's water coming in from the ground underneath that doesn't allow the cement to dry.

We're doing a flip now in Portland Maine and my plan is to find air dried, rough sawn hardwood, plane it and size it, and then install it as wide plank flooring.

@Sean Haardt, As Belinda wrote, two key things she needs to move quickly on:1) As soon as the water drains down, get the wet stuff out, furniture, carpeting, baseboards, sheetrock cut to above waterline, insulation removed so the house can dry.

I didn’t say much and was never planning to sign anything at the meeting today, but did want to see where their minds were prior to going to an attorney.Like you said, it may be cut and dry and I have no legal leg to stand on, but paying for a one hour review of my case might be worth the peace of mind.
