Ultimately it's your call based upon your solid due diligence research that intelligently assesses true risk probabilities, not a dog and pony show from someone who has an obvious financial incentive to sell you something you may, or may not need.

How will you handle it when you drive by and notice a car parked on the lawn or noise complaints from the neighbor or two dogs chained up on the front porch or evidence there are six additional people living there or a broken window or...Keep educating yourself.
