Depends on the exact wording regarding default in your contract, or absent that, state law......rarely worth it.

Hey all,I'm looking into pulling a loan out of my TSP account in order to make the down payment on a duplex I just got under contract.

I received my email stating that I should receive their contract within a week.

It was listed first then another wholesaler tied it up, then sold you the contract?

Is it possible to still get the property under contract and assign/wholesale it?

I doubt there is anything in your contract obligating you to use the property manager to sell.

As you probably know I need to get properties under contract at deep discounted prices in order to sell them fast.

This is my first post in the forum as I recently became a BP member :)My husband and I just got a Duplex under contract that requires significant repairs (no structural/foundation work) as it is quite old and has extensive wear and tear. 

They have your money, and unless you acted fraudulently or outside the contract terms, there’s nothing else they can/will do.
