I currently manage an apartment complex that I am a partner in and have a couple of my own investment properties.

My a guy I know is selling a 5 unit apartment complex. 4 units are renting out for $475 and the 5th is a studio for $275 a month.

Looking to buy 50 or more unit apartment complexes.

If the subject property has some complexities associated with it, for example if it's located in a more remote area away from a major metropolitan area, then the path of least resistance can be a small local bank that is located in that small town.

I'm looking at a real nice 26 unit apartment complex deal ($2.5 mil) in Seattle that's a great price and very desirable for renters.
