Normally, I'd expect a gradual decrease proportional to the distance covered west.

I want to learn how to manage renting from a short distance.

Southern Marin is a good option if you work in the city and do not mind a 30-40 minute commute. 

If I were you, I would start scheduling all the showings for the day after she is scheduled to move out and then just get everyone in all at once (with social distancing, masks, sanitizer, etc.).

The other reason is to reach out to anyone that reads this in the West Michigan area that would like to meet up virtually or at a park (socially distance).

I am working on getting my second long distance rental and I'm short on closing costs. 

Im planning on doing long distance REI.

Relevant books I've read: Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hr Workweek, BRRRR & Long Distance REI (D.Greene) I haven't gone through all BP podcasts but have found value in ep. 301 and 340 so far.I'd love to hear any other books/podcasts recommendations that would help a newbie! 

Both places are close enough to my workplace that the commute wouldn't be highly affected.
