What I gather from him is that it is a group of brothers and sisters that have inherited this house and it is free and clear. 

I plan on doing real estate with my two brothers.

My former property manager, Davis Property Management South (managers and owners of the property management company are Sam Davis and Eddie Davis (his brother) whom I found here on BP) stole my money and my tenant's money and refuse to return.

 I have a question about one of the properties I am looking to pursue, The owner is deceased but the house is still in his name. his brother used to live there but let house go into pre-forclosure.

(I've been several times as my brother-in-law lives there.)
