The coin-operated washing machine in my 4-plex required repair and I overnighted the master key to an appliance repair company in Colorado Springs, as I live 4 hours away and could not immediately be onsite.After the repair was made they mailed the master key (not a flat key, but the kind with a hollow round end) in a plain paper envelope.

In sc you can't move them if they are built before 1976 (it's around this date) easiest way to tell is if it has a flat roof, it's a no go.
