But I want to stay near the attractions near 501...Haven't thought about looking on MLS for vacation homes...My rental pricing not sure I was going to compare the rates in the area and the longer they stay the cheaper my rental.

I"m buy and hold til Baltimore City appreciates and thinking delta is better for rentals but then I'd have to replace in a few years with brushed nickel to attract buyers.
