Always try to put yourself in the other person's shoes specifically... from their point of view, what would a 17 year old need to say, do, and prove for me to take them serious?

The house was listed for $85,000 after viewing the home I came up with a rehab budget of $20,000.

Zillow for instance -- it's a good starting point but I viewed a property listed on their site that was missing the fully finished basement and a full bath.

Basically looking for all info I can get on LP siding from an investor and contractors point of view.

I just looked at arial views.

I would be interested to hear the pro's views on this subject.

There is no correct answer, since that depends on your view of future market appreciation, by definition uncertain.  

Make sure you have a CTA (call to action) that drives those views back to your website.Over time you'll build a strong community but it can take years.
