I think it's a better approach.

The above issues may indicate an overall cheap roofing job.The property is sold as-is.How would you approach this?

I've been here 2 years and no one has approached me since about it, but now I need to repave the driveway and put a new fence in. 

I know that not everybody loves it, but I think it's really approachable and the kids enjoyed it. 

Instead, our approach has been to price our flips slightly under market value to bring a lot of people to our open houses and create a bidding war and get top dollars for our houses.)We shared the above content at our local meetup just recently.

Buy something move in ready or that just needs minor work so it is not too overwhelming and removes some variables from the equation.House-hacking and buying a pure rental require two different approaches in my opinion.
