So you kinda want to be confident that the first steps are the right ones.If they are not, it is not a huge deal as you can always step backwards a long as you are not too far out and redo the steps.So as I have done these steps already I can give you my recipe of th steps I took that worked.If you do not want to ready my amazing guideline to being filthy (rich).. thats cool too... and I will just tell you the first few steps.Get a website, and work on credibility and SEO.Start doing this and you will set yourself up for a solid foundation!

You could find them on craigslist searching for buyers.But honestly, meetings are a waste of time.Meetings are usually for seasoned often older buy and hold investors that just don't have the energy or time to hustle for off market deals, and want a lazy way of getting deals hoping good wholesalers are there  hoping someone has a great amazing deal.Reality check though.

It sounds like the landlord is in the same place as if the woman had stopped paying rent and he had to evict losing on average 2-3 months rent from eviction and turn over.
