If they have a community bulletin board, maybe they will let you post a small advertisement to the community.people in trailer parks typically live paycheck-to-paycheck. when they have to move, they can't afford to move the trailer home and they have no idea how to rent it out and manage it.

I have been managing my mother-in-law's building five unit building in a decent neighborhood in Chicago for 12 years and I live in that building until 2015 I bought the house as my family was growing and I wanted to get him out of Chicago give them a large backyard long story short I am able to afford paying a little more and finish my mortgage sooner in the meantime I have some about 60 or $70,000 equity already built in the house.
