I have a side business that makes significantly more than my full-time job, but I'm always poor on paper because I write off so much but I'm cash-flow rich because of it.

I personally don't care about getting rich in the future.

I was looking at single homes - then something hit me after reading Robert S book - rich dad poor dad, why would I want to by a single family.

Welp I just turned 16 and I decided to read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, and thought about how can I generate a passive income.

If it were as simple as logging on to the MLS to find great flip and rental properties then everybody would be rich.

Any advice on how to get funding for someone who doesn’t have a “rich uncle” or much money saved up for a significant investment?

I don't believe in the "get rich quick" schemes.
